Overcoming 17 Years of Gynecomastia – At Age 34

Patient Profile:

  • Age: 34 years

  • Condition: Grade 3 Gynecomastia

  • Duration: Suffering for over 17–18 years

The patient initially observed Gynecomastia while he was a teenager. The chest growth was small and controllable at first. However, as people aged and their dietary and lifestyle choices changed, their conditions deteriorated. His chest became more extensive over time, resulting in both physical and psychological anguish.

Difficulties he faced due to the gynecomastia problem:

  • Going swimming or wearing T-shirts made me feel uncomfortable.

  • Persistent insecurity and self-consciousness

  • Tight undershirts were used to cover up the chest form, but nothing changed.

  • Following instruction, I joined a gym, but rather than getting better, my condition got worse.

  • I didn’t know until lately that surgery was an option.

The patient learned about gynecomastia surgery through an internet search approximately a month and a half ago. Following more investigation, he saw Dr. Ashish Khare, who determined that surgery was the only long-term remedy for his grade 3 gynecomastia. With his new look, the patient is now quite content and self-assured. He sincerely appreciates Dr. Ashish Khare for his knowledgeable assistance and attention. Watch the full video on YouTube.
